Historic wood from 19th century structures is re-milled and prefinished to make this unique, precision-engineered Antique Heart Pine flooring. Not just a renewable resource, Antique Heart Pine is a renewed resource. Select grade is a mixture of dense plain and vertical grains, 95-100% heartwood, chosen for character and warmth. Engineered 9/16" wood flooring, end matched, with a patented, locking tongue-and-groove and a micro-bevel edge. Prefinished with a multi-coated urethane with a deep satin sheen. The fade-resistant, chemical, abrasion and slip resistant finish permits re-coating for easy maintenance, while the thick, 5/32" surface layer permits complete sanding and refinishing. Matching solid wood moldings are available. For floating, staple or glue-down installation on a sub-floor of OSB, plywood, concrete and for use with a radiant heating system.
